Legal Clarity offers company secretarial and legal documentary support to solicitor’s practices. Our corporate and commercial team is headed by James Quinn (ex. Slaughter and May, Eversheds LLP) and Daniel Donnelly (ex. Slaughter and May).

Transaction Support
Our transaction support service is tailored to your firm’s requirements. In particular we can review deal documentation, draft completion minutes/resolutions and make required filings. We can also provide drafting support.

We can produce or review drafts of corporate and commercial documentation in accordance with your instructions.
If your firm does not specialise in corporate/commercial matters we can draft all of the required legal documentation to effect a given transaction. Our services include:

Our services are offered at competitive rates and at fixed cost wherever possible. Volume discounts are available.
Is Legal Clarity a Law Firm?
Legal Clarity is a private limited company. The shareholders are non-practising solicitors and IT programmers. Legal Clarity is therefore not a law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
