Bluetel founders Rob and Jan were approached with a buyout offer from another company; but after careful consideration, they realised that employee ownership was a far better way to preserve the company culture and help it grow. With close client relationships and a flat structure that rewarded talent from across the organisation, it made complete sense to leave the company to the people who made it a success.
