Bluetel is a technology company built on relationships. They develop content-driven multi-channel solutions to help businesses get closer to their customers. Bluetel founders Rob and Jan were approached with a buyout offer from another company; but after careful consideration, they realised that employee ownership was a far better way to preserve the company culture and help it grow.
