Forming a Company

If you wish to use our services to incorporate a company, please download and complete our Company Incorporation Application Form and send a copy of the completed form to hello@legalclarity.co.uk.
 
If your incorporation is urgent, please state ‘urgent’ in the email header, so that one of our team can pick this up as soon as possible. Whilst we make every effort to submit your formation on the day it is received by us, we cannot guarantee that your company will be incorporated that same day.

The fee for a standard company incorporation will be:

Fee: £250 +VAT
Companies House disbursement fee: £50.00 (or £78.00 for a same day incorporation)
 
Please note, Companies House has introduced a new identity verification process to help deter those wishing to use companies for illegal purposes.  Anyone setting up, running, owning or controlling a company in the UK must verify their identity to prove they are who they claim to be.
